How much water is in one container?
Approximately 23,000 litres — a standard 20-foot shipping container fitted with a single-use, food-grade flexitank. A larger-capacity tank may be possible depending on container, road-weight and shipping-line limits; we confirm the exact volume in your quotation.
What is the minimum order?
One 20-foot container. You can order a single container as a one-off, or set up monthly or annual supply. Reordering is quick once you're set up.
How does payment work?
Orders are produced and shipped against 100% advance payment — this is our standard model and keeps the supply simple and reliable. For large, established customers, different terms can be agreed separately.
Who handles shipping and customs?
Two options: you arrange your own international freight, or we arrange delivery to your destination port and quote the full price. Destination customs, duties, taxes, flexitank disposal and onward transport are the customer's responsibility unless specifically included.
Can you prove the water quality?
Yes. Independent accredited laboratory analysis confirms the water meets the requirements for water intended for human consumption. A current, shipment-specific documentation package — analysis, source, flexitank, food-contact, QC, origin and shipment documents — is prepared for every order.
Where do you deliver?
Worldwide. We ship from Helsinki to any destination port — the Gulf, Asia, the Americas, Europe and beyond. Tell us your port and we'll confirm the route and price.
